This could mean shutting down a unit that is leaking toxic carbon monoxide or refusing to add environmentally hazardous refrigerant into a system with a known leak. Sometimes the decisions we make are not always convenient, but we believe that serving our community with integrity requires making the right decision.

We are using tools and selling systems with technologies that did not even exist when we opened our doors in 1988 such as using virtual reality to train technicians to diagnose and maintain a wide variety of heating and cooling systems. We strive to remain on the cutting edge of technology, and we would love to bring you along on what we are learning.

We are all responsible for our own actions, but we can also learn from others. Our culture is one where we watch out for each other and encourage each other to do the right thing every time. This is a reason that sometimes we send different technicians to different properties. They are double checking the work of the technician who came before them. We all learn together when we are accountable to each other.
ECS Comfort Heating & Cooling has been in business since 1988 serving homeowners and small business owners across South Central Pennsylvania. From our office in Palmyra, we service the heating and cooling needs of Palmyra, Hershey, Annville, and all surrounding communities. We are a Daikin Pro Dealer and are proud to offer equipment with a 12-year manufacturer’s warranty on parts along optional labor warranties.
